Refund policies – All rentals and events are to be PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to event date. Customers may cancel 30 days prior to event date and receive an in-house credit of their deposit toward a future rental. We are a fully insured company and provide coverage certification upon signed rental agreement when requested.
